1.Model_class design proceeds by adopting advanced numerical value design software from Germany related to centrifugal impeller and spiral case machinery, and fan performance verification by adopting simulation flow field analysis software for rotary machinery’s hexahedral-structure numerical grid.

2.Impeller is of structural steel with high strength and is covered with anti_corrosion and wear_resistance coating, having longer service life. 

3.Vacuum gas-pump carbon ring is adopted for improving fan casing’s sealing and meeting  air-tight requirements by system.

4.3D definite element method is adopted for analyzing strength, displacement, strain and modality of impeller, and analyzing rigidity and modality of fan casing.

5.Efficiency up to 83.6%, MVR Fan’s main performance index and reliability reach international advanced level, overall taking place of imported products.
